If diesel oil enters into the engine oil, the viscosity of the engine oil will be reduced, the engine oil will deteriorate, and the relative moving surfaces will not form oil film, which will aggravate the wear; Water in the oil will emulsify the oil and lose its lubricating effect.
Therefore, once the oil level of the oil pan is found to rise, stop the machine for inspection, remove the fault, and replace the oil before operation. The main reasons for the rise of the oil level in the oil pan are:
One cylinder (or several cylinders) of diesel engine does not work or works poorly
Fog caused by stuck injector needle valve or low injection pressure
The diesel fuel injected into the cylinder cannot completely form a mixture and burn, but flows into the oil pan from the piston ring, cylinder liner and the side of the piston, raising the oil level of the oil pan. In this case, you can use? ° Cylinder cut-off method? ± Find out which cylinder or cylinders do not work or work poorly, find out the fault and eliminate it. If necessary, verify the fuel injector.
The oil level rises due to water ingress into the second oil pan
After water enters the oil pan, the oil will be emulsified. The main reasons for water ingress into the oil pan are:
① The cylinder gasket is burnt and leaking. At this time, if the water tank is checked, it will be found that there is a phenomenon of "bubbling" and "boiling" in the water tank, and the cylinder gasket should be checked and replaced;
② The cylinder liner is cracked, causing cooling water to seep into the cylinder and flow into the oil pan. The cylinder liner should be replaced. In this case, the phenomenon of "boiling" and "boiling" will also occur in the water tank. Especially in winter, the phenomenon of cylinder cracking is common due to "chilling";

8. Why is there oil in the water tank of the loader forklift diesel engine?
When checking the water level of the radiator (water tank) of the diesel engine, if the cause is found in the water tank, start the diesel engine after troubleshooting. There are two conditions that can cause oil in the water tank:
- The oil cooler (water cooler) of the diesel engine is frozen and cracked, the core of the water cooler is cracked, and the sealing gasket (ring) is damaged, which causes the oil to leak into the cooling system, causing the oil to enter the water tank. The oil cooler should be opened for inspection. If the oil cooler freezes and cracks, it is usually accompanied by low oil pressure.
II. The hydraulic transmission oil and water cooler is not well sealed or frozen, resulting in oil in the water tank. The hydraulic transmission oil and water cooler should be disassembled and inspected.
In order to prevent the water cooler from freezing and cracking, when using the diesel engine in cold seasons, do not forget to drain the water in the diesel engine oil cooler and hydraulic transmission oil and water cooler.
9. What are the methods to extend the service life of diesel engine oil by loader forklift?

10. What are the reasons for the traveling of loader, forklift and diesel engine?
When the diesel engine is running, the rotational speed changes periodically from high to low in a large range, which is called "traveling block".
The phenomenon of "traveling block" is various, sometimes the accelerator pedal traveling at a certain position, sometimes the traveling block at idle speed, and sometimes the traveling block at a certain load downstream.
The essence of the traveling block is that the normal speed regulation function of the diesel engine is damaged, which is usually caused by the excessive resistance of the fuel injection pump components (such as rack) or the moving parts in the governor, which reduces the sensitivity of the governor; The matching clearance of the internal parts of the fuel injection pump or governor is too large, so that the change of fuel supply lags behind the change of speed too much, which may also cause traveling block; Traveling block may also be caused by oil circuit fault, mainly including:
1. The low pressure oil circuit is blocked and the oil supply is not smooth, which destroys the continuity of oil supply;
(ii) Air intake in the oil supply circuit;
3. The atomization of the fuel injector is poor or stuck, which makes the operation of each cylinder uneven and causes traveling block.
